Cerritos Residence

This project focused on the expansion and renovation of an existing 1970’s ranch home and development of the site. The existing home featured a very dramatic shed-style roofline which was incorporated into the new design, but softened by adding some softer rooflines as well. The backyard featured an expansive covered outdoor living space and new pool/spa area. One challenge of the project was the zero lot line condition on the south side of the property, with the exterior wall falling exactly on the property line.
